Recorder and IP Camera Password Reset

In order to reset the password on Hikvision and Dunlop NVR-DVR devices, it is necessary to find the devices on the network with the SADP Program. If you do not have the SADP program on your computer, you can download it from the "Frequently Asked Questions" section. After installing the program on the computer, select the device brand model from the screen that opens, tick the box on the left of the screen, and then enter the Forgot Password tab from the tab on the right of the screen.

From the screen that opens, click on the Export section and the downloaded .xml file will be sent by e-mail to technical@oncuguvenlik.com.tr. The device reset code is sent to you via e-mail by the technical service. Your process will be completed by uploading the .xml file you receive from the Import File tab and creating a new password. The delivery time for device reset codes from abroad is given as a maximum of 3 business days.
